TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE AND REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS

  1. General Provisions
    1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing and redeeming gift vouchers offered by Cyde Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Groń 1, Kościelisko, NIP 7010924436, the owner of the property “Ku Dolinie Restaurant and Rooms” located at the same address as the company’s headquarters.
    2. Purchasing a voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Voucher Purchase
    1. A voucher can be purchased:
      • in person at the company’s office,
      • via the website www.kudolinie.pl,
      • by phone or email.
    2. Payment for the voucher may be made:
      • in cash (for in-person purchases),
      • by bank transfer,
      • online (via the TPAY payment system).
    3. Upon receiving the payment, Cyde Sp. z o.o. issues a fiscal receipt or, upon the Buyer’s request, a VAT invoice made out to a company.
  3. Voucher Redemption Rules
    1. The voucher entitles the holder to use the services offered by Cyde Sp. z o.o. up to its nominal value.
    2. The voucher is issued to a named person or as a bearer voucher after payment has been made.
    3. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase or within the period specified on the voucher.
    4. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash after purchase.
    5. Accommodation vouchers must be redeemed after prior reservation confirmed by the property via email. Restaurant vouchers do not require a reservation.
    6. In the event of cancellation during the validity period or after the voucher’s expiry date, the amount paid is non-refundable, and the voucher becomes invalid.
    7. The voucher must be used in a single transaction. If the value of the service is lower than the voucher amount, the difference will not be refunded; if the value is higher, the difference must be paid by the user.
    8. Cyde Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse to redeem a voucher that is damaged, forged, illegible, or expired.
  4. Final Provisions
    1. The administrator of the Buyer’s personal data is Cyde Sp. z o.o.
    2. Complaints regarding the purchase or redemption of vouchers should be submitted in writing or via email to rezerwacja@kudolinie.pl.
    3. The full content of these Terms and Conditions is available on-site at the property and on the website www.kudolinie.pl.
    4. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
