These are the Rules and Regulations for the Ku Dolinie ul. Groń 1, 34-511 Kościelisko, hereinafter referred to as the Facility.

Persons staying in the Facility are hereinafter referred to as Guests.
The person making the reservation at the Facility and the payment for the reservation is hereinafter referred to as the Reserving Party.
- Basic information:
- Making a reservation is tantamount to confirming that you have read these regulations, accept them, and undertake to comply with these provisions, as well as that you read and accept the Personal Data Protection Policy.www.kudolinie.pl/Personal-Data-Protection-Policy
- Guests staying at the Facility are also obliged to comply with health and safety and fire protection regulations and, in exceptional situations, to comply with the instructions of the employees of the Facility.
- In the event of a breach of the provisions of these regulations, the Facility has the right to refuse to continue to provide services to Guests who violate them. These persons are obliged to comply with the requests of the Facility’s employees immediately, settle the amounts due for the already provided services, pay for any damage and destruction caused, and immediately leave the premises of the Facility.
- By making a reservation, the Reserving Party agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making a reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation by the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. The Reserving Party has the right to access and update their personal data.
- Reservations are made in the name of the person or company who will make the payment.
- Only persons checked in at the reception of the Facility are authorized to use the Facility. The guest is not allowed to transfer the rented apartment to other people, even if the period of stay they have paid for has yet to expire.
- For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use open fire in the Facility and its surroundings, and in the apartments, it is forbidden to use: irons, heaters, and other electrical devices that are not part of the apartment’s equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio and video devices as well as computers.
- The Guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of objects, equipment, and devices of the Facility resulting from their fault or their visitors’ fault. The basis for monetary compensation for damage or destruction is the price list available at the reception of the Facility, an invoice documenting the actual cost of removing the damage, or an appraiser’s valuation.
- In the event of any discrepancies in the apartment equipment listed with the actual state of the equipment or its damage, this fact should be reported the reception directly after the check-in to the apartment. Otherwise, it is assumed that the equipment was complete and without damage.
- Guests are obliged, in particular, to use the Facility’s equipment in a manner that does not cause damage or deteriorate its condition;
- The liability of the Facility for loss or damage to items brought by the Guests to the Facility is regulated by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The liability of the Facility is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk. The Hotel has the right to refuse to accept money, securities, and valuable items, for safekeeping, in particular the valuables and objects having scientific or artistic value, if they threaten the safety or have too much value compared to the size or standard, or take up too much space.
- After the end of the stay, the Guest is obliged to report their departure for the takeover of the apartment by an employee of the Facility.
- The check-in time starts at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
- Curfew lasts from 10:00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.
- Users of the Facility are obliged to behave in a way that does not disturb the peace of other people’s stay in any way during the curfew. During the daytime, the behavior should be in accordance with social norms and respectful of the rights to rest of the people staying on the premises of the Facility.
- Unregistered persons may stay in the Facility between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- The presence of persons not registered in the Facility after 9:00 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the Reserving Party to pay for the accommodation of these persons. Every person will be checked in according to the price of the hotel extra bed from the price list available at the reception or on the Facility’s website.
- The property does not accept pets.
- The children and youth under the age of 18 are allowed to stay in the facility only under the care of adults who take full responsibility for their actions, as well as for any consequences of these actions and for the situations occurring on the premises of the Facility (children cannot move around the facility on their own, remain unattended on balconies or on the playground).
- The facility reserves the right to refuse to check in people who are under the visible influence of alcohol or drugs or behave vulgarly.
- Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is prohibited throughout the entire facility.
- Smoking is only allowed outside, in designated areas.
- Additional charges:
- The price of the stay does not include the local tax charged during registration and transferred to the Municipality’s account, or any other additional fees.
- The fee for the stay and the local tax of PLN 2/person/night is charged on the day of arrival at check-in.
- A child up to 3 years of age (one per two adults) is charged PLN 30/night if they sleep on the provided bed. It is possible to add cots, the service is subject to an additional fee and fully dependent on the availability of cots in the facility.
- Children from 4 to 12 years of age are charged PLN 50/night without breakfast or PLN 80 with breakfast.
- The facility accepts cash and card payments.
- Deposit:
- Prepayment in the form of a deposit is required to make a reservation.
- Payment of the deposit is tantamount to the acceptance by the Reserving Party of the booking conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
- In the case of a refundable and flexible booking, the Reserving Party is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total reservation price.
- In the case of a flexible booking, the reservation can be canceled free of charge within 3 days before arrival, while in the case of a refundable booking, the reservation can be canceled free of charge within 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the deposit paid will be refunded.
- In the case of a non-refundable booking, the Reserving Party will be charged a prepayment in the amount of the total value of the reservation at any time.
- Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed period results in the cancellation of the reservation.
- Cancellation:
- Refundable booking – in the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded to the Reserving Party.
- Flexible booking – in the event of cancellation up to 3 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded to the Reserving Party.
- In the event of cancellation or changes to the reservation after the date specified in points 1 and 2 or the event of a no-show of the Guest at the Facility, the deposit is non-refundable. In justified cases, with the consent of the facility and subject to the room availability, it is possible to change the date of stay confirmed with the prepaid deposit.
- In the case of a non-refundable booking, the Reserving Party will be charged the total price of the reservation in the event of cancellation at any time.
- Failure to use the entire stay according to the reservation details does not entitle a Guest to a refund of the payment made.
- Online bookings:
- Online booking is possible via the website www.kudolinie.pl/booking
- To confirm the reservation, the Booker is obliged to make a payment of 100% of the entire reservation value within one hour of making the booking.
- Payment is made through the TPay payment system, available in the reservation panel.
- The same cancellation and complaint rules apply to online reservations and other forms of reservations. These rules are set out in Chapters IV and VI of these Terms and Conditions.
- Complaints proceedings
- Guests have the right to lodge complaints in matters related to the services provided by the Facility.
- The Facility accepts only complaints sent electronically to the following address: biuro@kudolinie.pl within 14 days from the Guest’s check out from the Facility or, if the stay did not take place within the period resulting from the reservation made – within 14 days from the date on which the stay should take place.
- The Facility reserves 14 days to conduct the handling procedure of the complaint submitted by the Guest. Within this period, the Facility will inform the Guest about the result of the complaint-handling procedure

- Additional information:
- Free, unguarded parking is available. You must park in designated areas. The owner of the Facility is not responsible for the car left within the Facility or any property inside it.
- Free wireless Internet is available throughout the facility.
